Hi, I’m Robin— certified personal trainer, nutrition coach.
My journey with fitness started back in 2013, during a time when I didn’t feel confident in my body or in myself. What began as a way to feel better slowly became my passion, my lifestyle, and eventually, my career. It wasn’t a straight path — there were setbacks, self-doubt, and moments I wanted to give up. But through it all, I discovered how powerful it is to take control of your health — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Today, I coach women from around the world to do the same. As an Aesthetic Physique coach, I help you go beyond surface-level goals. Whether you’re looking to build strength, reconnect with your body, improve your relationship with food, or finally feel confident again — I’m here to support you.
With my background in personal training, nutrition (including plant-based coaching), and deep experience in both group fitness and bodybuilding, I’ve worked with women in every stage of their journey — from beginners to competitors, and everything in between. I also specialize in working with women recovering from emotional or disordered eating, offering a supportive and non-judgmental space to grow strong again — inside and out.

1. Initial Intake
We start with a short questionnaire so I can get to know your goals, body, habits, and preferences. This helps me create a plan that fits you—not the other way around.
2. Customized Nutrition Plan
Based on your intake, I’ll create a personalized meal plan designed to support fat loss, energy, and hormonal balance—without extreme dieting or restrictions.
3. Exercise Guidance
If you want to boost your results, I’ll provide a full workout plan—available for both gym or home. Not ready for a structured plan? No problem. You’ll still receive weekly activity tips like walking goals, steps, or beginner-friendly cardio suggestions, so you're always making progress at your pace.
4. Weekly Check-Ins
Each week, I check your progress and send you a personal video message with tailored feedback, mindset tips, and updates to your plan—so you're always moving forward with support.
🕒 Important: Everyone starts together in a 12-week group. Each group has a dedicated check-in day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. You'll be assigned to a group when you begin.
To receive your weekly update on time, please log your progress in the app at least 24 hours before your group’s check-in day.
5. Ongoing Coaching
You can message me anytime during the program for advice, motivation, or questions. I'm here for you—personally.

*All prices are excluding VAT, each package must be subscribed to for a minimum of 12 weeks, this payment must be made in one installment. After that, it can be terminated on a monthly basis.
