We start with a short questionnaire so I can get to know your goals, body, habits, and preferences. This helps me create a plan that fits you—not the other way around.
2. Customized Nutrition Plan
Based on your intake, I’ll create a personalized meal plan designed to support fat loss, energy, and hormonal balance—without extreme dieting or restrictions.
3. Exercise Guidance
If you want to boost your results, I’ll provide a full workout plan—available for both gym or home. Not ready for a structured plan? No problem. You’ll still receive weekly activity tips like walking goals, steps, or beginner-friendly cardio suggestions, so you're always making progress at your pace.
4. Weekly Check-Ins
Each week, I check your progress and send you a personal video message with tailored feedback, mindset tips, and updates to your plan—so you're always moving forward with support.
🕒 Important: Everyone starts together in a 12-week group. Each group has a dedicated check-in day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. You'll be assigned to a group when you begin.
To receive your weekly update on time, please log your progress in the app at least 24 hours before your group’s check-in day.
5. Ongoing Coaching
You can message me anytime during the program for advice, motivation, or questions. I'm here for you—personally.
6. Final Guidance

Customized to fit your day-to-day life, considering work times, training times, and more. Plans include suggested meal times, cardio recommendations, and health vitamins/supplements guidance. Achieve your goals with a plan that fits your unique circumstances. *All prices are excluding VAT, each package must be subscribed to for a minimum of 12 weeks, this payment must be made in one installment.
